  • Warranty: Meigs Jewelry will repair or replace any item that has not held up to daily wear due to manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.
  • Lifetime Cleaning: In order to keep your diamonds safe & sparkling, Meigs Jewelry offers free lifetime jewelry cleaning & inspection. We recommend a thorough inspection at least twice annually.
  • Repair: Jewelry repairs needed due to normal wear will be performed at a 50% discount.
  • Stones: Although extremely hard, diamonds & colored stones may chip or break on impact; therefore broken or chipped stones are at customer’s own risk.
  • Rhodium: A member of the platinum family, rhodium plating is used on white gold jewelry to enhance the white color of your ring. Meigs Jewelry will annually rhodium plate any purchased piece of wedding/engagement jewelry at no charge.
  • Appraisal: Meigs Jewelry provides a written appraisal with a photo, full description and replacement value for your insurance company.
