How do I return an item?


Refund/Return Policy:

We strive to satisfy our customers. Your purchase may be refunded within 7 days from the original purchase date by the original client when accompanied with the sales slip. Exchange or credit is permitted within 30 days of purchase. The returned item must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and in the original gift box with all warranty guide and explanation booklets intact. Closeout items, special orders, completed layaways, modified, engraved, sized and/or custom pieces are not refundable or exchangeable. Gift recipients will be issued a merchandise credit only. Credit Card sales will be credited only to the original card that was charged. Check sales will be paid by company check 14 days from the deposit date.

*We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that is returned after 7 days that doesn't meet the above requirements.


Return of Online Purchases:
We are pleased to offer returns on items that were purchased on our website. Please call our store at 918.456.6233 with your name and order number ready. Your return will then be reviewed. Online orders must be shipped to 100 N Muskogee Ave, Tahlequah, OK 74464, Attn:Returns. Please include the packing slip that was included in your order. Once accepted, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible as long as all above requirements are met.

If it is more convenient, online orders are also accepted in-store.

Shipping your return:
Meigs Jewelry accepts all major carriers. FedEx, UPS and the United States Postal Service are the most commonly used.
