Let us customize a piece for you! Our talented jewelers can help bring your vision to life using the latest program in design technology and an old fashioned attention to detail.

The custom process begins with a one-on-one meeting with our Master Jeweler, Justin Scott. After explaining your vision and discussing ideas, he will sketch out preliminary drawings of your piece to ensure that every detail is captured.

After the estimate for your finished piece is approved, Justin begins working on a Computer Aided Design (CAD) that will allow you to see your jewelry before it is made. Using the most high-end and up-to-date software available, we are able to bring your jewelry vision to life right here in our store.

When the first draft CAD images are finished, you will once again meet with Justin to see a complete 3-dimensional view of your future piece. After making sure that every detail is perfect and no design changes need to be made, we are ready to make your vision a reality!

After casting the metal, setting the stones and giving your one-of-a-kind piece a final polish, you will walk out of our store with a masterpiece that is completely unique to you!

Policies for Custom Work

Meigs Jewelry will custom design a unique piece of jewelry to your specifications. As such, all custom jewelry is nonrefundable, and requires a 50% nonrefundable deposit before the work begins. Every effort will be made by Meigs Jewelry to accurately manufacture or produce the item(s) so ordered. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client's complete satisfaction. Minor adjustments, such as, ring sizing or texturing, will gladly be made by Meigs Jewelry to accommodate the wearer at either a modest fee or at no charge, depending on the extent of the work that is involved.
