Meigs Family

Todd & Paula Mutzig, Owners Todd and Paula are both Tahlequah natives and have been at Meigs Jewelry for 25 years. Todd is a 3rd generation Tahlequah business owner with a Marketing Management degree from Northeastern State University and has numerous certifications under the GIA. Paula attended the University of Arkansas and received a BSBA in Accounting and has a gift for shopping. Todd and Paula share a love of jewelry and a desire to build their business to serve as many people as possible. When they find time away from the office, both enjoy spending time with their children and taking family vacations.

Tahlequah Store 

Tammy Crawley, Accountant Tammy, originally from Muskogee, has been with Meigs Jewelry for 8 years. She has a BS in Accounting from Northeastern State University. When she’s not out shopping with her office-mate, Paula, Tammy enjoys watching baseball games and spending time with Mike, her husband of 27 years, her three beautiful children, and her new grandson Jackson.

Debbie Miller, Sales Manager Debbie is a Tahlequah local who has been with Meigs for 5 years. After high school, Debbie attended classes at Northeastern State University. When she finds time away from work, Debbie enjoys spending time outside in her garden. She also claims to have a ‘second job,’ which includes spending time with her husband, three children, and two beautiful grandchildren.

Chelsea Buttress, Jewelry Consultant Chelsea is a Tahlequah native who is in her third year at Meigs Jewelry. She has a BA in Mass Communication from Northeastern State University with a minor in Art. She loves photography, sushi and snuggling with her dog Cooper. Chelsea also loves live music and enjoys going to concerts with her best friend (and co-worker) Kristy.

Taylor Pride, Jewelry Consultant Taylor is from Ft. Gibson, but recently moved to Tahlequah to go to school.  Taylor just finished her second year at NSU and plans to major in Math with a minor in Computer Science. When she’s not at work, Taylor enjoys playing sports and spending time with her family and friends. Meigs is a perfect fit for Taylor because sparkle is her favorite color.

   

Kristy Rountree, Jewelry Consultant     Kristy is a new member of the Meigs family. She was born in Tahlequah and has just recently moved back from Missouri. Kristy has her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Missouri State University. In her spare time, she loves to travel, go to concerts with her boyfriend, and spend time with her family.

Justin Scott, Master Jeweler Justin is a Tahlequah local and has been with Meigs for more than 6 years. After graduating from Tahlequah High School, Justin attended Oklahoma State University in Okmulgee, New Approach School in West Virginia and Gemvision training in Moline, IL. Justin enjoys teaching and playing music at Landmark Baptist Church, where he serves as the college and youth minister and music director.

Eric Young, Jeweler Eric is originally from Tahlequah and has been at Meigs Jewelry for 4 years. Eric has a Social Work Degree from Northeastern State University and was a head start teacher for 4 years before starting a career in jewelry. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer and spending time with his family. Eric is also known for doing a variety of voices and impersonations for his co-workers’ entertainment.

Sara Stewart, Shipping and Receiving Sara was born and raised in Tahlequah and has been with Meigs Jewelry for 4 years. She is a Tahlequah High School graduate, but her loyalties lie with the University of Oklahoma’s football team. When she isn't working, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children, and going to her son Hayden’s sporting events.

 

Arielle Barnett, Shipping and Receiving Arielle is a Tahlequah native and is a new member of the Meigs family. She is a junior at Northeastern State University and is working on her degree in Marketing. In her spare time, Arielle loves to put on a show and spend time with her new husband of 5 months.

Hard Rock Store

Mandy Rozell, Manager Mandy is a Tahlequah, OK native and has been working at Meigs Jewelry for a total of 9 years. After graduating from Tahlequah High School, Mandy attended classes at Oklahoma State University. When she’s not picking out jewelry for herself, Mandy enjoys interior decorating, soaking up the sun on Lake Tenkiller, and spending time with her family.

Susan Johnson, Assistant Manager Susan was born in Coffeyville, Kansas and has been with Meigs since November of 2010. Before moving to Tulsa, Susan lived in Houston, Texas where she earned her Business Degree from the University of Phoenix. While away from work, Susan enjoys spending time with her husband and staying busy with her 2 precious daughters and mutt, Allie!

Rachel Teer, Jewelry Consultant Rachel, originally from Mcloud, Oklahoma, has been a part of the Meigs family since September 2010. She moved to Tulsa in 2008 to attend a Jewelry Fabrication and Design program at Tulsa Tech. Rachel loves the arts! In her spare time, she like to paint, decorate, and spend time with her fiance. Rachel is also adding a baby boy to her family in August!
